Steve Jackson is owner and CEO of Prairie Home Alliance, the largest home improvement company from Chicago to St. Louis. After beginning his career with Dow Chemical in Chicago, the Indianapolis native worked 10 years at Lumberyard Suppliers, as vice president of sales. His collaborations led him to form Prairie Home Alliance, a team-oriented partnership of the area’s most respected home improvement companies, serving customers in Illinois, Iowa and Indiana.
Steve Jackson’s talent for teamwork and relationship-building has helped quadruple the museum’s Visionary Society membership during his board tenure. It’s no surprise that what he enjoys most about the museum are its people. He currently serves as the Visionary Society chair, and has served four terms as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
