Seth Uphoff (Creighton JD ’06) is the founder of Uphoff Law in Peoria. He specializes in civil litigation and renewable zoning matters across the state, while also serving as counsel for several local businesses. Seth spent the first ten years of his career as a prosecutor, including a term as the elected State’s Attorney for Livingston County. He then spent two years at a well-known Peoria law firm before establishing his own practice.
Having grown up on a small farm in central Illinois and earned his undergraduate degree from nearby Eureka College, Seth has maintained his ties to the central Illinois community. He has never lost sight of the values of service and hard work instilled from an early age, and he puts those values to work through his involvement on the boards of several non-profit organizations. Uphoff serves on the Audit, Collections, and Education and Engagement committees for the Peoria Riverfront Museum and is a frequent visitor with his wife and four young children.
