Sarah Zallek, MD, is the Vice President and Chief Medical Officer for OSF HealthCare St. Joseph Medical Center as well as a Clinical Professor of Neurology, at the University of Illinois College of Medicine.
Zallek is Medical Director of OSF Sleep Peoria. She has developed and directed physician communication education for OSF HealthCare, and previously directed Strategy, Communication, and Education for the OSF Illinois Nerological Institute. Zallek completed her neurology residency and sleep medicine and clinical neurophysiology fellowships at University of Michigan. Zallek serves at-large on the Peoria Riverfront Museum’s executive committee, as well as the collections committee. She also serves on the Every Student Initiative advisory council.
