Derrick Booth, EdD, is executive director of community services, Carle Health Trillium Place. This position provides executive leadership in leading community mental health and substance use disorder services. Dr. Booth provides strategic direction, operational guidance, and supports policy administration for Trillium Place community services.
During his previous tenure as director of social and emotional learning for Peoria Public Schools, he created the Wraparound Center, a successful one-stop community resource connecting children and adults with critical services. Booth and his wife, Illinois Representative Jehan Gordon-Booth, are tireless advocates for families and access to education, jobs, and support for those most in need.
